The Nuts and Bolts:

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients and liaison within the company to advance their projects. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. The Account Manager is ultimately responsible for the execution and successful completion of a client program. This role is the catalyst to create and maintain action on client projects.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Everyday:

  • Establishes and maintains client relationships
  • Pricing - Understand the pricing sheet on a high level, including gross margins, sale vs rental, deadlines for overseas product etc.
  • Client meetings and presentations
  • Collecting information from the client that is relevant such as dates, expectations, budget and communicating that information throughout the team
  • Create Agreements
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Drive process with internal departments to facilitate advancement of client project including working closely within the established TEAM
  • Inventory - understanding product origin, where things come from and how those effect price points and shipping costs and then how it effects gross margin
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

TEAM:

  • Member of a Client Facing Team.
  • Participates in Kick-Off meeting and brainstorming.
  • Work with TEAM members to achieve proper design and development
  • Work with TEAM members to ensure proper planning, follow up and client satisfaction
  • Pricing. Using information from Purchasing and Production to complete pricing spreadsheets to come up with client pricing.
  • Advancement of Client Project through Wrike Project Management software

In-Season Responsibilities:

· Supervise installations and removals

· Manage Crew and maintain safety on the job site

· Knowledge of Install methods for various product

· Provide clients with late changes and additions to orders

· Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the overall experience including design, installation and removal.

· Coordinating with clients, talk them through solutions, when possible, problem solve and start the process internally

KPI

· Achieve Gross Margin target on all jobs

· Jobs are planned thoroughly -less mistakes on location

· Communication and Process improvement within Team structure

Required Experience

· 2+ Years in a similar Role

· Strong background in Excel and analytical thinking

· Collaborative working experience

· Technical Problem Solving

· Basic Mechanical Knowledge- power tools, hand tools, ladders, weigh capacity etc.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
